The Role

We are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, primarily across Google Ads and Meta, helping to drive measurable growth.

 

This role combines strategy, hands-on campaign management and client communication. You will work across multiple industries and budgets, with the opportunity to test new ideas and shape campaign strategy.

 

This is a role for someone who enjoys both execution and thinking strategically.

About The Role

Looking for somebody to manage a handful of client accounts across mainly Meta & Google, taking the performance to a new level. Additionally, work with us to support & audit other client accounts. We are open to fresh ideas, testing & new approaches... in other words the role is not just about working your way through a provided task list, it's an opportunity to develop your skills and career! 

You will be responsible to...

  • Manage and optimise PPC and Paid Social campaigns across multiple clients

  • Develop testing roadmaps and identify growth opportunities

  • Manage spend in line with client budgets 

  • Monitor performance and implement optimisation strategies

  • Create & schedule the relevant ad changes

  • Stay up to date with industry developments and platform changes

  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking and attribution

  • Review and improve landing pages and conversion journeys

  • Prepare insights and communicate performance clearly to clients

  • Support audits and strategy development across other accounts

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, specifically hands on management of paid marketing campaigns across Google & Meta mainly. The role will be both office based (Hove, Sussex) with the option to work remotely.
